In the event of full cancellation of the event due to force majeure, the Seller will offer buyers the choice between:
- A full refund of the ticket price paid; or
- A credit note valid for a future edition of the International Tea Symposium.
In the event of partial cancellation, holders of a 1 Day Pass for an affected date will be entitled to a full refund. Holders of the 3 Days Full Pass will be entitled to a partial refund proportional to the cancelled day(s).
6.3 Programme Changes
The Seller reserves the right to modify the event programme, speakers, or schedule at any time without entitling the buyer to a refund, provided the event takes place on the announced dates.
7. Access Conditions
Upon successful payment capture, the buyer will receive an accreditation confirmation by email. This confirmation and a valid photo ID must be presented at the event entrance on the relevant day(s).
The Seller reserves the right to refuse entry to any person who cannot present valid accreditation and matching ID, or who presents an altered or transferred ticket.
